With this Hawker Hurricane Mk. I, serial number L1951, code TM-L from 504 Squadron RAF made an emergency landing in a field near Great Yarmouth by Flying Officer pilot David Phillips on 02.04.1940. The machine took off from Wattisham airfield and had to make an emergency landing after sustaining damage in a dogfight with a Heinkel He 115 over the North Sea.
