Poznámka:
Note:
Část čety i s jejím velitelem společně s 3. baterií ztratila v noci 03./04.09.1939 kontakt s oddílem. Její velitel padl 06(10?).09.1939 při plnění bojového úkolu.
6) Hospodářská správa a hospodářská četa tvořily v poli tělesový trén. 16.09.1939 byly z rozkazu velitele oddílu zbytky trénu pro únavu koní zlikvidovány.
7) V noci 03./04.09.1939 kolona ztratila s oddílem spojení a až do 08.09.1939 ustupovala samostatně. V té době v bojích ztratila 26 mužů a 37 koní. 08.09.1939 doplnila své kolesny a hlomozny municí dovezenou armádní automobilní kolonou. 16.09.1939 byly z rozkazu velitele oddílu zlikvidovány prázdné hlomozny. Při tom vypukla panika a kolona se jako jednotka rozpadla.

Remark:
1) (05.10.1892-DD.MM.19RR). After the surrender he fell into German captivity. After the end of the war he left for Great Britain, where he was still living in 1965. His memoirs of the fighting in September 1939 (Wspomnienia dowódcy 5 dak z kampanii wrześniowej 1939 r.) were published in the periodical ANNEX DO KOMUNIKATU ZAKO nr 54, London 1965.
2) (11.09.1907-DD.MM.19RR) On 28.08.1939 he was detached to the disposal of the commander of the Higher School of War (Wyższa Szkoła Wojenna) and mobilized to the Replacement Centre of Mounted Artillery No. 3. According to one of the sources listed in the internet source, he was killed on DD.09.1939. In the list of prisoners of war he is listed in the records of Oflag II A in Prenzlau and II E in Neubrandenburg.
3) (03.04.1906- DD.MM.19RR). After the death of the commander of Battery 2 (19.09.1939), he was designated by the squad leader also as commander of this battery. After the surrender he fell into German captivity.
4) (19.08.1907- 14.03.1972). He was detached to the disposal of the commander of the Higher School of War (Wyższa Szkoła Wojenna) and was assigned by mobilization to the staff of the commander of the artillery 6th Infantry Division. After the surrender of the division he fell into German captivity on 20.09.1939. At the beginning of October he escaped from a temporary prisoner of war camp in Bochnia. From November 1939 he was active in the armed resistance in the ranks of the Union of Armed Struggle (Związek Walki Zbrojnej (ZWZ)) in Kraków. Threatened with arrest, he moved to Warsaw on 31.08.1940, where he continued his resistance activities. From May to December 1943 he fought under the code name "Żegota" in the ranks of the Zemska Armada partisan group in the area of Zamość. At the beginning of 1944 he was appointed Chief of Staff of the Volhynia Region of the Land Army. From 28.02.1944 he was Chief of Staff of the 27th Volhynia Infantry Division of the Land Army and in the period 04.05.1944-15.07.1944 he was acting commander of this division. On 06.08.1944 he was arrested by NKVD officers near Józefów while trying to cross to the fighting Warsaw and was imprisoned in several Soviet camps until 12.04.1948. After his return to Poland, he lived in Warsaw until his death.
On 22.01.1941 he was promoted to the rank of captain, on 11.04.1944 to the rank of major and in 1968 to lieutenant colonel.

5) (15.08.1914- 24.06.2001(?)). The internet source states that he was captured on 01.09.1939 and released on 01.01.1945. In the same internet source, the date of birth of Second Lieutenant Stanislaw Rudnicki is given as 16.08.1914. The commander of the detachment states in his memoirs that on 04.09.1939 he distinguished himself by being sent by the brigade command to establish communication with the headquarters of the Army "Krakow" and he fulfilled his task.
6) (11.04.1908-05.10.1997) Mechanical engineer. After the occupation of Těšín (10.1938) he was a government inspector of the Třinec steelworks. On the night of 03./04.09.1939 he was wounded in a battle with armoured cars 2nd Light Division near the village of Rokitno. After treatment he was sent to the hospital in Miechów and later by evacuation trains via Tarnow, Rzeszów, Przemysl to Sambor. In November 1939, he reached Hungary and after his wounds were treated, he was sent to France, where in February 1940 he was assigned as an aide-de-camp to the commander of the 2nd Warsaw Light Artillery Regiment (2nd Infantry Rifle Division) and as an observation officer of the regiment. After several days of fighting in June 1940, the entire division retreated to Switzerland, where its members were interned until 26 February 1945. Via France, he was transferred to the UK where he was posted to the 4th Anti-Tank Artillery Regiment. After the end of the war he was demobilized at his own request and returned to Poland on 16.07.1946. In 1979 he was awarded the title of Doctor honoris causa by the Senate of the Mining and Metallurgical Academy. He died in Krakow. His successor as an observation officer is not mentioned in the sources.

7) (01.04.1910-DD.MM.19RR) Maksimiec erroneously lists Teodor Spławiński, Przemsza-Zieliński and various internet sources erroneously list him as Telesfor Spławski. Probably after the surrender of the brigade he fell into German captivity. After the end of the war he stayed in Germany.
8) (12.06.1911-10.09.1939). Until 24.08.1939 he was a reconnaissance officer of the already mobilized 3rd battery. On the night of 03./04.09.1939 with part of the Signal Platoon and the 3rd Battery he lost contact with the rest of the Brigade. On 06.09.1939 he was sent to make contact with the brigade, but according to the first internet source he was killed near Busko-Zdrój on 10.09.1939 (he is buried in Staszów). The second internet source states that he fell on 06.09.1939 in the village of Bogucice, where he is also buried. His successor as a liaison officer is not mentioned in these sources.
9) (19.08.1896-DD.MM.19RR). Zarzycki mistakenly lists Jan II Konopka (born 18.11.1900 was an infantry captain, in September 1939 commander of the III Battalion of the 135th Infantry Regiment (Reserve) 33rd Infantry Division (Reserve)). Since DD.09.1939 in German captivity.
10) (DD.MM.1YYYY-DD.MM.19YYYY). He is not listed as lost or captured.
11) (DD.MM.1YYYY-DD.MM.19YYY). 28.08.1939 he was called up to the detachment on a post from the Surplus Collection Unit (Oddział Zbierania Nadwyżek). He is not listed in the casualty or captured lists. His predecessor in this capacity is not mentioned in the sources.
12) (22.05.1909-DD.MM.1970). He is not listed in the list of prisoners of war. 16.04.1942 he was arrested in Krakow and 24(25?).04.1942 in the concentration camp Auschwitz. 05.05.1942 he was taken from the camp to an unknown place. He survived the war. He died in Krakow.

13) (27.09.1895-DD.MM.19RR). Zarzycki and Przemsza-Zieliński state that Lt. sl. Markowski. In fact, it is a major vet. Service, who was the detachment's vet. in March 1939 and went through the fighting with it in September 1939. He is not listed in the list of casualties or prisoners.
14) (29.06.1903-DD.MM.19RR). Since DD.09.1939 in German captivity.
