01.09.1939 v boji s tanky 36(35?). tankového pluku 4. tankové divize ztratila 1 kanon, 1 kulomet a blíže neurčený počet mužů a koní. Jiný zdroj uvádí, že kanon byl ztracen při leteckém útoku u obce Ostrowy, ale nalezený opuštěný kanon některé z pěších jednotek doplnil stav baterie na 4 kanony. Oddíl v tomto celodenním boji ztratil 5(6?) kanonů, 8(9?) hlomozen kolem 100 mužů a 200 koní.
02.09.1939 byl jeden kanon baterie přidělen z důvodu velkých ztrát v boji u obce Mokra 2. baterii.
Po reorganizaci oddílu 09.09.1939 měla baterie 3 kanony.
13.09.1939 byl v prostoru obce Rysie v důsledku náletu poškozen 1 kanon.
14.09.1939 byly při ústupu ztraceny poškozený kanon a jedna hlomozna.
Poznámka:
Note:		 1) Při pokusu o probití se do obklíčené Varšavy bylo Jezdecké uskupení Juniewicz zničeno. Baterie se sice posledního boje nezúčastnila, ale osamocena na palebných pozicích u obce Łomna byla obklíčena jednotkami 71. pěšího pluku (motorizovaného) 29. pěší divize (motorizované) a vzata do zajetí.
2) Baterie byla organizačně v sestavě oddílu, ale po přidělení k podpoře některého z jezdeckých pluků brigády byla operačně podřízená veliteli podporované jednotky:

13.09.1939-15.09.1939 12. hulánský pluk – po ztrátě spojení s oddílem byla pluku podřízena i organizačně.
3) Při opožděném ústupu po celodenním boji s jednotkami 11. pěší divize v bitvě u Miňska Mazowieckého baterie ztratila se svým oddílem spojení a se zbytky 12. a 21. hulánského pluku Volyňské jezdecké brigády ustoupila do Varšavy, kde byla zařazena do Jezdeckého uskupení Juniewicz.
4) Osa přesunu jednotek brigády. Přesná dislokace baterie není v uvedených zdrojích uvedena.

Note:
1) (01.01.1899-DD.MM.19RR). 15.09.1939 was during the retreat of the wounded and fell into German captivity. Survived the war. His report on the activities of the battery are stored in the Central military archive in Warsaw. II/3/13 and the Instytut Polski i Muzeum im. gen Sikorskiego in London under the sign. B.Also.43/F. Internet source no. 1 erroneously lists his fate. In him this is a lieutenant Mieczysława Sokołowského, commander of the 3. battery 1. section inthe artillery.
2) Głowacki it is reported that after the listing of the remnants of the battery (2 guns) to Equestrian group Juniewicz he was the commander of this platoon (battery) second lieutenant of artillery in reserve Kazimierz de Pourbaix. He himself, however, in his report, he denies.
3) (19.01.1917-29.06.2005). After the departure of the ppor. Pollera with the battle flag of the section probably assumed also command of his platoon. On 01.09.1939 was injured in the fight with the units 4. panzer division near the municipality of Wet. 02.09.1939 was sent to the hospital in the city of Łódź, where probably he returned to the unit. According to his report, however, could not move independently. After the surrender, the battery fell to 22(23?).09.1939 to the German captivity, from which, however, soon escaped. After returning to Warsaw he joined under the code name "Zahoryński" to the armed resistance in the ranks of the of the Union of armed struggle (Związek Walki Zbrojnej) and the Earth's army (The Home army). He fought in the Warsaw uprising, where he was wounded and captured. After the liberation he remained in exile and lived in Belgium, where also in the city of Newark died. His successor in the function of the reconnaissance officer is not in the listed sources listed.

4) (10.09.1915-01.08.2003). It is not listed in the schématizmu of march 1939. In the fight near the village Wet (01.09.1939) was injured and 02.09.1939 was sent to the hospital in the city of Łódź. After healing, he escaped capture and got to France, where in 1940 he fought in the ranks of the 2. infantry rifle division. Together with the rest of the division crossed the 20.06.1940 the swiss border and was interned. After the termination of internment and departure to Great Britain he served in the rank of lieutenant in the Polish 4. infantry division. After demobilization (1947) in Great Britain remained and died in London in the rank of major, retired. His successor in this function is not in the listed sources listed.
5) (DD.MM.1RRR-DD.MM.YYYY). It is not listed in the schématizmu of march 1939 or in the list of officers in the ambush of 1934. Zarzycki reported it as a commander Even. platoon and Bielski as the commander of the II. platoon. Before the outbreak of the war he received from the commander of the section, the order to evacuate the combat of the collateral section to the Replacement centre line of artillery no. 3 to the city of Zamość. It is not listed in the list of losses not captured.
6) (16.11.1906-DD.MM.1940). As Campioni is listed in the works Zarzyckého, Bielského and Humble. In the list of reserve officers of the year 1934 and in the other internet resources listed as Kampioni. Zarzycki reported it as commander of the II. platoon and Bielski as the commander And. platoon. 01.09.1939 after the injury exploratory and firing officer of the battery bring the battery to a new location concentration section. It is possible that he was from 02.09.1939 reconnaissance or firing an officer of the battery. Under unknown circumstances, came into soviet captivity and was murdered by the NKVD in Kiev.

8) (DD.MM.1905-DD.MM.YYYY) IN the list of reserve officers of the year 1934 is not listed. In the online source of no 2 is erroneously listed as the commander of the II. platoon 2. battery. To the DD.09.1939 was the commander of the Even. squad 3. battery. In the reorganization 12.09.1939 was transferred to an unknown function k 1. battery. From DD.09.1939 in the German captivity.
