Poznámka:
Note:		 1) V mobilizačních tabulkách nesla název Zákopnická eskadrona č. 4 (Szwadron Pionierów nr 4). V naprosté většině polské historiografie je však uváděna jako zde.
2) Eskadrona byla mobilizována společně s jinými jednotkami Kresová jezdecká brigáda. Podle mobilizačních tabulek mobilizačním tělesem měl být 12. hulánský pluk. Ten byl však mobilizován už 17.08.1939 a 23.09.1939 byl vypraven do pole a zařazen do sestavy Wolyňské jezdecké brigády. Wojciechowski uvádí, že eskadrona byla mobilizována tímto plukem. Cutter uvádí, že eskadrona byla mobilizována 6. plukem jízdních střelců 27.09.1939.
3) Datum zániku eskadrony není v uvedených zdrojích uveden. Pravděpodobně byla při chaotickém ústupu brigády rozprášena nebo po ztrátě ženijního materiálu zrušena a její příslušníci zařazeni do jezdeckých eskadron. V sestavě Kresová jezdecká brigáda po reorganizaci ani v jiných částech zbytků původní Kresové jezdecké brigády (22. hulánský pluk, Korouhev Zachoszcz 6. pluku jízdních střelců) není uvedena.
4) Majewski uvádí, že ještě 03.09.1939 nebyla v nástupním prostoru brigády, není jisté jestli ze Lvova (sic!) vůbec vyjela a k brigádě se pravděpodobně nepřipojila. Ze zprávy lékaře 13. oddílu jízdního dělostřelectva Tadeusza Huczka však víme, že od DD.09.1939 do 09 (10?).09.1939 ustupoval s částí zákopnické eskadrony. Tím potvrdil, že eskadrona bojovala v sestavě brigády.
5) O místě mobilizace, činnosti a dislokaci eskadrony se pravděpodobně nedochovaly žádné informace.

Notes:
1) (13.10.1903-DD.MM.YYYY). He escaped capture and joined the armed resistance in the ranks of the the Earth's army. From the end of 1943, the year 1945 was under the code name "Jawa" to the commander of the Area of the Miechów home army. From the end of November 1944 he was also commander of the 5. the regiment of riflemen of the Earth's army. Probably promoted to the rank of major and lieutenant colonel.

2) the Commanders of the squads are in the Polish sources listed.
3) (28.06.1908-DD.MM.1997). In the schematism of march 1939 (Rocznik Oficerski 1939) is listed as a platoon commander. Majewski reported it as an officer eskadrony, but he was probably the commander of one of platoons. From DD.MM.1939 in German captivity, from which he soon escaped, returned to Poland and in 1941 joined under the code name "Włodek"into the subversive activities in the ranks of the of the Union of armed struggle/the Earth's army. He was promoted to the rank of centurion. After the war, lived in the town of Kielce.

W 1938 or 39 was 4 zákopn. esk. relocated from Kamionki Strumiłowej to Bereziec 8 km from Krzemieńca.
Eskadrona was mobilized in the second half of August. A few days before 01.09.1939 was moved by rail to Sieradze. The outbreak of war she was stationed in the farmhouse Biskupice.
After the fighting on the river Warcie eskadrona (I'm sure at least part of it) receded after the axis of Szadek-Zduńska Wola-Skierniewice-Mszczonów-in błonie - Warszawa-Otwock. Later march to the south up to the Hrubieszowa. W this space was eskadrona rozvázána.
