1944

1945 - 1946

Until the end of the war, the squadron's main tasks were bomber escorts, patrols against V-1s and occasional attacks on ground targets, all as part of the 3rd Polish Fighter Wing. The last combat action takes place on 25 April, when the 133rd Wing and 3rd Wing escort British heavy bombers over Berchtesgaden. It is also the unit's longest (5 hrs and 50 min) operational flight during World War II. In the post-war period it continues to operate in the UK, undertaking training and also attending several air shows.
