In this museum there is a destroyer USS Stewart (DE-238) and the submarine USS Cavallo (SS-244), both from the period of the second world war. Both ships it is possible to go through the form of a separate examination, on a submarine, was also a guide, who very engagingly told as about the Cavalle, about his service in the navy. Outside the museum is a large parking lot, the museum is located practically at the end of the island, Pelican Island, over the Galveston and is a nice view of the city and the harbor, where among other things puts the oil rig in the gulf of Mexico.
