Poznámka:
Note:
On November 26, 1936, the 40th Mixed Brigade was formed at the Madrid front based on the column of Lieutenant Colonel Emilio Bueno Núñez del Prado. On December 31, he received the final numbering and was assigned to the 4th Division. Prepared for the battle of Jarama, it was located in Vallecas and, on February 14, 1937, it was sent to defend the Arganda bridge. Then he relieved the 1st Brigade at the Espolón de Vaciamadrid. She also participated in the battle of Brunete, initially as a reserve, but it was not long before she was immersed in the fighting, from which she emerged very broken. After the battle, he went on to defend the Vallecas-Villaverde sector, from where he would no longer move. The 41st Brigade ceased to exist on March 27, 1939, when the forces at the Madrid front surrendered.
