In a quadrilateral meeting on the navigation of ships loaded with grain and foodstuffs, agreement was reached on technical issues such as joint control at port exit and entry points and ensuring the safety of navigation in shipping corridors. A steering centre will be set up in Istanbul to monitor compliance with the agreement on shipping to and from Ukrainian ports. In short: departure and navigation of ships loaded with grain and foodstuffs is allowed, but on return ships must not be loaded with weapons.
