The first attempt to start grain exports from Ukrainian ports has been launched, managed by the Coordination Centre in Istanbul. The Turkish frigates TCG Fatih (F242) and TCG Jildirim (F243) will reportedly provide supervision of the Black Sea grain convoys. From the ongoing Sea Breeze naval exercise, NATO has reportedly earmarked EP-3E Aries II Orion and P-8A Poseidon aircraft capable of tracking surface and subsurface vessels. Which means that the actions of the Russian Navy are being monitored and may even be eliminated by the NATO fleet and air force that has begun maneuvers in the western Black Sea. According to a Russian source, 24 vessels, five aircraft, four helicopters and ~1400 troops from ten NATO countries have been allocated to the maneuvers.
