CZK - Rýhovač a pokladač káblov na platforme T-34 (TDKK-120 ?)

The source below has published an extremely interesting rebuild of a medium tank platform T-34, probably of Czechoslovak production. The platform itself has undergone significant modification. The vehicle is reverse oriented, i.e. the front of the vehicle is the rear of the tank. The original front tension wheel is replaced by another running wheel. Its mounting is lowered to the level of the other travelling wheels. The drive wheel is swapped presumably from a T-55 tank, as are the tracks. The tracks themselves have grappling hooks fitted for better ground clearance. In the front of the vehicle is the driver/attendant cab. Behind the cab is a massive bracket that two spools of coiled cable could be attached to. On the front of the cab is probably the vehicle/conversion type designation (TDKK-120). After comparing the photos, it appears that two different vehicles are captured or it was an intermediate modification of the vehicle. The difference is in the guardrail behind the cab of the vehicle.
The photos come from the estate of a gentleman who worked at AŽD Kolín.
What kind of purpose-built conversion is this ? The vehicle has identical features as diggers on LT platform vz. 38, or ST-I. The vehicle has equipment for digging trenches into which cables were then laid. The conversion also has a laying device similar to that found on Marder III/Grille M conversions, for example. That is to say, it is a trencher and cable-laying machine on one larger platform. It is a sort of combination of the separate design predecessors of the trenchers and cable layers mentioned above.

TDKK-120 digger/loader in company of a purpose-built superstructure on a tank platform of the T-55 (BTS-4). As far as I know, we didn't have BTS-4 in our armament, so Soviet bailout ?
