Originated the command of the military department of the Provisional worker-peasant Ukrainian government Well.39 of 28. January 1919. Decayed on the territory of the Jekatěrinoslavské, Poltavské, Kharkiv and Černigovské governorate. 8. June 1919 the circuit has been subordinated to the revolutionary military council of the Southern front. In connection with the procedure děnikinových troops was a circular from the commissariat moved from Kharkov gradually into the Sum, Romny, Briansk, and Moscow, where he was in September 1919 cancelled.
