PS-84-K - prototype military transport and airborne version; 1 conversion
PS-84-I - prototype military ambulance version; 1 conversion
PS-84 transport - armed military transport variant PS-84, in production since June 1941; from June 1942 equipped with bomb hangers; approx. 1800 pcs
PS-84 bomber - prototype with a three-part bomb bay for 1500 kg in the cargo area and external hangers
PS-84 2M-88B - variant with engines M-88B about 1100 hp and one machine gun in the dorsal turret; small number of conversions
PS-84 2AŠ-82FN - prototype with engines M-82FN with a power of 1850 hp
Li-2 - designation used for PS-84 since September 1942
Li-2VV - sometimes used designation for armed transport PS-84/Li-2
Li-2NB - transport and night bombing variant with modified equipment; perhaps about 400 pcs
Li-2VP - prototype night bombing version with a three-part bomb bay for 1500 kg, different from the previous prototype mainly simplified bomb bay, cockpit and avionics
Li-2 battle - experimental machine with two NS-45 cannons in the wing
Li-2T - post-war unarmed military transport and airborne variant; 2483 pcs
Li-2P - post-war transport variant, without cargo doors in the left side; 270 pcs
