Badge: 		Nachimovov rad I. stupňa má podobu päťcípej rubínovej hviezdy s rozpetím 56 mm medzi jej protiľahlými vrcholmi. Hroty hviezdy v tvare kotvy sú preložené piatimi zväzkami zlatých, hviezdicovito usporiadaných paprskov. Do prostriedku je vsadený modro smaltovaný kruh s reliéfom hlavy P. S. Nachimova, nápisom „ADMIRAL NACHIMOV“, dvoma vavrínovými ratolesťami kosákom a kladivom — všetko zo zlata. Kruh má zlatú bodkovanú obrubu, na ktorú nadväzujú články čiernej kotvovej reťaze.
Rad nie je zavesený na stuhe, k odevu se pripevňuje skrutkou a maticou.		 -

This series is named after the Russian admiral P.S. Nakhimov, who lived from 1800 to 1855 and became famous as one of the leaders of the heroic defense of Sevastopol during the Crimean War. The Order was established by a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated 3 March 1944. It has two grades (the higher being the lth grade) and, according to the statutes and their supplements, is awarded to officers of the navy for outstanding achievements in the preparation, execution and securing of such naval operations in which an attacking enemy was repulsed with considerable losses and their own forces were preserved. It is worn on the right side of the chest behind Kutuzov's rank.

The order was intended for naval officers. The first order 1. the class was awarded 16.5.1944 general lieutenant of the coast guard P.And. Morgunovovi, commander of the coastal defense of the black sea fleet. First class with number 1 received 24.5.1945 rear admiral N.E. Feldman. The first order of 2. the class received 5.4.1944 lieutenant N.Also. Vasin. The second class with the number 1 received 12.7.1944 captain 2. G-class.N. Slizý.

Total was granted:
1. class - 77 individuals, 5 units
2. class - 467 individuals, 2 units
