Annaberský cross
(Annaberg Kreuz)

Memorial Annaberský cross was founded in 1930 in three classes and was awarded to members of volunteer corps Oberland, who at the time of the from 21.may 1921 in the area south of the Opolí and west of Hlivice conquered the heights of the Annábergu, occupied by Polish troops.

Honors should be awarded in the following classes:

I. class – nákrční decoration
II. class – clip-on style cross nošený on the left side of the uniforms
III. class – the cross on band

The distinction is made in black smaltovaným an isosceles maltézským the cross, in the center of which is located the so-called Silesian eagle (Silesian merit badge). Between the arms of the cross are placed the swords with the tips pointing upward. The shoulders of the cross, furthermore, bear the date and place of the battle of 21.5. / Annaberg / 1921.

Unlike the Silesian eagle was not cross after r. 1933 included among the state award and could not therefore be worn on uniforms.
