After the liberation of Czechoslovakia, after termination of 2. world war ii was founded the Union of liberated political prisoners and as a curricular social organisation, which in their ranks together perzekuované person ( without regard to their political past ) .

From the decision of the bureau of the union was already in 1946 founded and produced the first visible distinction of the visible and wearable awards and a reminder of the hard years of incarceration, that these honest people have spent in German concentration camps and prisons .

Own distinction, therefore, was not the state officially recognized the cross or decoration. But by early 1947 it was legalized by the ministry of national defense no. 46325 - I. Odb. 1947 .

This newly established honors was called the MEMORIAL CROSS of ALLEGIANCE .

But already shortly after its establishment was more entitled :

THE CROSS OF LIBERATED POLITICAL VĚZŇU

This name certainly was based on the fact that the cross received the people returning from concentration camps, prisons, and prison inmates .

Description of the decoration :

The memorial cross of fidelity is ražen of patinovaného bronze. The cross has a diameter of 38 mm, when the strength of 2 mm. The cross is the osmihrotý, greatly malta type. In the middle of the cross is placed a circular medallion of a diameter of 21 mm in the center of which is located a small emblem of the republic ( two-tailed crowned lion with a flare label ). The edge of the medallion is flanked by trnovým of the wreath, a sign of pain and suffering .


On the back side of the cross is in the middle of the again circular medallion and in it is decomposed třířádkový inscription :

1939 / FOR THE LOYALTY / 1945

On the arms are then spaced out the letters of the Union of liberated political prisoners and on the perpendicular arm of the letter " S "on the horizontal shoulders of the letters" O " and " P "on the lower arm of The letter" v " .


At the upper end of the cross, in the rozeklaní of the upper arm is naletováno spherical sheet, which passes through the hanging ring. The ribbon is 42 mm wide, black, and has at its center a 4 mm wide bright red stripe .

Now appeared ( see image ) a new variant of the cross . With the largest probability regards the issue of the Czech union .

I taught a query to the secretary of the Czech union of freedom fighters in Prague , but the one I only answered , that this cross was made "after the year 1946" . Moreover I replied , that own 1 specimen made "in 1955," and the second one made "in about 1955, the" (!) .
It is astonishing that the headquarters of this union does not have valid information about their own vyznamenáních . Robert Petřek , is the cross , where on the front side we can see the beautiful crowned Czech lion , that is no emblem of Slovakia . Po roce 1992 kdy dochází k rozdělení Československa na dva suverénní státy i Slovensko nezapomíná na své vězněné spoluobčany. Posledním typem kříže „ ZA VĚRNOST „ je tedy tato ( viz obrázek ) slovenská verze původního kříže z roku 1946 .
Kříž byl založen výborem Svazu bojovníků. Po roce 1992 však nositele původní kříž neodložili a tak při slavnostech osvobození není nic divného, když potkáme starého pána s oběma kříži na prsou .
Jde sice již o vyznamenání „ cizího „ státu, ale jistě mi kolegové ze Slovenska prominou, že jsem toto sice neoficielní, ale Slovenské vyznamenání zařadil právě sem .

Čestný odznak svazu protifašistických bojovníků
Po tak zvaném vítězství pracujícího lidu v únoru roku 1948 se komunistická strana Československa zaměřila na ovládnutí všech společenských organizací. Pod její patronaci dochází ke změně Svazu osvobozených politických vězňů. Je vytvořena jednotná organizace ( Československý svaz protifašistických bojovníků ), která sdružuje všechny politické vězně, ale také všechny bývalé odbojové pracovníky, partyzány. Předem jsou z organizace vyloučeni odbojáři nekomunistického odbojového hnutí a Obrana národa je přímo označena za nástroj buržoazie. Komunistické straně se zcela zdařil záměr, rozbít odbojové hnutí a vytvořit organizaci, která bude závislá jen na vůli a představách vedoucích komunistů s názorem, že jediný správný odboj byl ten, který vedla „rodná strana „, odbojáři typu Julia Fučíka a partyzánské hnutí řízené ze Sovětského svazu .
Československý svaz protifašistických bojovníků je KSČ ideologicky využit ( zneužit ) v tak zvaném třídním boji jednak proti buržoazii a jednak proti německému revanšismu. Po založení NATO a výstavby Bundeswehru, v kterém nacházejí velitelská místa bývalí vojáci německé armády se však těmto lidem nelze divit, nebo je odsuzovat .
Po roce 1968 se tato organizace dělí na Český a Slovenský svaz protifašistických bojovníků. Po roce 1968, pro své členy jsou vydané dva druhy čestného vyznamenání .
První dekorace s názvem :
ČESTNÝ ODZNAK ČESKÉHO SVAZU PROTIFAŠISTICKÝCH BOJOVNÍKU
Druhá dekorace, která však má celorepublikový význam a byla jednotná pro Českou i Slovenskou republiku je :

Honorary badge of the Czech union of anti-fascist fighters :


Honorary badge ( medal ) is awarded as a merit decoration for work in organizations of the Czech union of anti-fascist fighters . The badge could also be awarded as a commemorative and meritorious officials and representatives of the other parties and the organization of the "National front" . The medal is awarded really very commonly , the representatives of the people's militia , POLICE , army , as well as the chairmen of the collective farm , the head of the races and almost en masse to members and functionaries of the CPC from the District committee above .

A lavish badge was awarded even a park for the Danish resistance abroad , mainly former soldiers of the USSR .

Badge has a form of bronze , gold plated medal which has a diameter of 30 mm , strength 2 mm . On the obverse is the motive of the armed men , a partisan with a rifle in hand . When the lower edge of the medals are from each split letters " With.P.B " ( Union of anti-fascist fighters ) .

On the back side of the medal is in the center of the decomposed two-line inscription : BADGE of honor .
At the edge of the medal is the inscription :the UNION of anti-fascist WARRIOR .

The medal is not worn on a ribbon , but it is hung on a decorative clip , which is formed with a laurel branch on the dimension of 23 x 8 mm . The side buckle is provided with a clip-on needle

The badge wasn't too popular for your first areal allocation , but the main reason dislikes the member of the Union was this , that there lacked resemblance to the classic medal suspended on a ribbon . Civil clothing together with other decorations stood out .

Čestná medaile Československého svazu protifašistických bojovníků :
ZASLOUŽILÝ BOJOVNÍK PROTI FAŠISMU
V roce 1974 inicioval Český svaz protifašistických bojovníků vydání medaile, která by splňovala vše co bylo dříve předmětem kritiky. Medaile má své symboly, které jednoznačně odkazuji na odbojovou činnost nositele dekorace, je nošena na kasické stuze, tedy i stránka estetická je naplněna .
Medaile byla určená jako viditelné a nositelné vyznamenání ( Čestné uznání zásluh ), za záslužnou, dlouholetou a obětavou funkcionářskou práci v organizacích a orgánech svazu :
Českého svazu protifašistických bojovníků
Slovenského zvezu protifašistických bojovníků
Ve stanovách je zakotveno :
Medaile se propůjčuje ( uděluje ) za mimořádnou a úspěšnou práci prohlubující pokrokové a bojové tradice našich národů, bojovou družbu se Sovětským svazem a dalšími zeměmi socialistického tábora jakož i s pokrokovými protifašistickými organizacemi v ostatních zemích. Medaile může být udělena při životním jubileu a lze ji propůjčit i cizím státním příslušníkům, kteří se podíleli na osvobození naši vlasti jako příslušníci Sovětské armády a partyzánských oddílů. Medaile se také mohla udělit vysoce postaveným funkcionářům zahraničních protifašistických organizací .
Při pozorném čtení zjistíme, že „ soudruhům „ zmizeli ze seznamu např. vojáci polské a rumunské armády podílející se na osvobození země. Je však nutno říci, že v roce 1975, při příležitosti oslav osvobození naši republiky, byly medaili oceněni bývalí partyzáni, Francouzi, kteří statečně bojovali v SNP. Dále medaili obdrželi partyzáni Italští, Bulharští a Polští a pochopitelně, že i celá armáda „ bafuňářů „ úředníků a stranických činitelů tak zvaného socialistického tábora. Celkem paradoxně medaili obdrželi i soudruzi z NDR. Na osvobození naši vlasti se podíleli vojáci US Army, ale např. i prapor armády Belgické .
Tato čestná, pamětní a vzpomínková medaile mohl být udělena i IN MEMORIAM, ale přihlíželo se k zásluhovosti zemřelého bojovníka .
Medaile byla určena i jako kolektivní vyznamenání pro vojenské útvary, které ve svém názvu měli historické názvy či se jinak podíleli na protifašistickém odboji .
Čestná medaile byla založena a udělována ve dvou stupních :
ZLATÁ MEDAILE
STŘÍBRNÁ MEDAILE
Zlatá medaile ( Med. I. stupně ) je ražena z bronzu a patinováná či silně pozlacená ( nejde o zlato ) .
Lícová strana :
Ve střední ploše medaile je umístěna ruka, která drží něco, co v bujné fantazii může být samopalem. V pozadí této zbraně vidíme bodce ostnatého drátu a při hlavni samopalu pak tři vyčnívající lístky. Při okraji medaile je rozložen nápis :
ZASLOUŽILÝ BOJOVNÍK PROTI FAŠISMU
Rubní strana :
Na ploše medaile je ve čtyř řádcích rozložený nápis :
ČESKOSLOVENSKÝ / SVAZ / PROTIFAŠISTICKÝCH / BOJOVNÍKU
V horní části medaile je malá, pěticípá hvězdička a na spodním okraji medaile je zdobný prvek, který tvoří lipová snítka o dvou listech a květu .
STUHA :
Stuha je 39 mm široká, rudá a je proťatá třemi modrými, 5 mm, širokými pruhy. Malá řádová stužka má rozměr 10 x 39 mm .
Stříbrná medaile ( Med. II. stupně ) je ražena z bílé slitiny, která je patinovaná do barvy starého stříbra. Medaile se liší jen stříbrnou barvou .Literatura:

Část 3-a

Další odznak Českého svazu je tvořen kruhovou bronzovou medaili, která má průměr 30 mm, při síle 2, 3 mm. Ve středu medaile je umístěna pěticípá hvězdička, v dolní části pak symbol, puška a dvě ruce roztahující ostnatý drát nesvobody .
Na rubní straně v ploše medaile je rozložený čtyřřádkový nápis :
ČESTNÝ ODZNAK / ČESKÉHO SVAZU / PROTIFAŠISTYCKÝCH / BOJOVNÍKU .
Pod nápisem je zkřížená ratolest s jedním lipovým listem a zrnitá větévka .
K hornímu okraji medaile je pevně napojeno úzké, kolmo postavené ouško, kterým prochází malý závěsný kroužek, do něhož je zapojen pomocí výstupku obdélníkový závěs o rozměru 30 x 16 mm. Vlastní spona závěsu je červeně smaltovaná a ve svém středu nese onen jmenovaný výstupek. Při okraji probíhají dva 3 mm široké modré proužky, 2 mm od kraje vzdálené .
Dekorace byla udělována jako pamětní i záslužná medaile převážně k výročí narozenin, dále funkcionářům a příslušníkům jednotek Lidové milice, pracovníkům OV KSČ a představitelům armády SSSR dočasně na našem území si „ hovících „ .
