Due to the type and mount the same as the above-mentioned vehicle on the basis of Grille can be with a certain It is an exaggeration to say that this could be another of the "factory" modifications. Alternatively, it is possible that it is just another design variant of the "twenty" flak. Unfortunately, more information is still missing.
The machine is captured in one of the photographs after the surrender (Prague?) In May 1945. All-yellow marking (a distinctive stain on the front of the tub), in the photograph without belts. Reportedly, there are other photos - different from mine.

The fact is that the published data talk about the conversion of two unspecified vehicles to anti-aircraft tanks. The designation ÚV 325 appears in the post-war overview of the seized Jagdpanzer 38 (t ), which was published in "Jagdpanzer 38 (t) Hetzer", this designation is assigned to machine serial number 323878. This means that it was a Jagdpanzer 38 (t), respectively. Bergepanzer 38 (t).
The noteworthy consideration therefore speculates whether one of these two unspecified conversions to anti-aircraft tanks was not carried out on one Grille platform and the other on a Bergepanzer 38 (t).

Dear Sirs, colleagues Dolin404 and brano, describe an anti-aircraft self-propelled gun, which allegedly fought on the side of the Germans in May 1945. Tomáš Jakl in his book Prague under the armor of the insurgents, states that it was a landing gear Bergepanzer Hetzer on which was experimentally mounted 3-cm-Flak 38/103 "Jaboschreck".
In my opinion, it was not a factory modification, but rather a military improvisation made in the last days of the war.
