The weapon pictured is most likely not the MP34, as evidenced by the round holes in the cooling jacket, the MP 34 has oval holes, and the magazine well is on the right side. The photo is more likely an older version of the Bergman submachine gun (MP 28 or MP 18)
I would just add that the MP 34 was also produced under license in Denmark as the BMK 32 in 9mm Bayard caliber, I have not read anywhere in the available literature about a 24 round magazine, muzzle velocity is 381 m/s, cadence 650 rounds per minute.
The manufacturer was Carl Walther Waffenfabric AG Zela-Mehlis, a slightly different version marked MP35 was produced by Junker&Ruh AG Karlsruhe and a licensed Danish version by Schultz-LarsenGewaerfabrik Otterup. The Danish version was transferred to the SS after the occupation of Denmark under the German designation MP 741(d). Most of the weapons of this type were used by the SS before and during WWII.

It was up to me, and I found what is pictured, the error probably occurred inadvertently because in the image is a submachine gun Solothurn (swiss production) used in the AUSTRIAN army as the pattern 34, i.e., the same as the MP34 in German. Captured weapons were marked with the MP34(ő) and thus there seems to have been mistaken, at first glance, you can tell by the tray which is in the swiss weapons deployed from the left side and kulatách holes on the shell..

Unfortunately, solid images of this weapon are quite rare Sad so for the information of how the gun really looks like, I attach at least that's what I got..
