41. sector exploration and awareness

Sector exploration and awareness is an integral military part of the Air forces of the Army of the Czech republic. Significantly involved in securing the airspace of the Czech republic. In accordance with the adopted concept of development and construction of the armed forces is developing as a modern unit equipped with the device with which it is able to perform the tasks of national defense and the tasks arising from membership of the Army of the Czech republic in NATO.

Activity sector:
a) the Performance of the tasks in the standby system of air defence of the Czech republic in the framework of an integrated system of air defence of NATO:
• management of subordinate radar centres in the survey the airspace and the formation of the image of the air situation;
• awareness about the occurrence of airborne objects in the space defined responsibilities;
• evaluation of the flights identified in the identification zone of the Czech republic;
• monitoring of allocated flights;
• creating the conditions for intervention set out funds.
b) Security of permanent combat readiness to the transition from peace to state of war.
c) Ensure the effective training.

Training of radiotechnických expertise is organized in daily activities and in the continuous performance of the tasks of the standby system. Sector is a permanent participant in international exercises on the territory of the Czech republic (CLEAN HUNTER, COMMON GOAL); a good rating is indicative of a high degree of vycvičenosti members of the innings.

Partner relations and cooperation
