In 4/1945, two Tigre I were handed over to the newly formed Kampfgruppe Grosan (Oberst Grosan) from the depots of the training centre in Bergen. Along with the Tiger I tanks, the anti-tank unit also had one Panther, two self-propelled guns and six 75mm anti-tank guns.
