Zámek vybudován jako novorenesanční roku 1873, vyhořel na konci 2. světové války, poté zabaven, částečně opraven, zčásti zdemolován, nedlouho po opravě kvůli důlním škodám zbořen roku 1953. Karvina – Solca

Lock in Solci, also called a New lock implemented 1873 Jan Larisch-Mönnich. For the place selected was a slight hill then a separate village of Solca, this hillock was located above the local court. The castle was built in neo-renaissance style. The middle part of the building was made up of a three-storey building with an attic. To this building to symmetrically attach the two-storey side wings also with a loft. 1905 has been to highlight the main entrance in the middle of the tract and that building a columned portico with a balcony. The vast area of the castle was adjusted to the castle park. Later it was built the building for the servants and in 1883 the family tomb in the western part of the park. Building to fulfil the role of the national headquarters of the genus even after 1918. 1944, the building took the German army and 5. December 1944 the castle burnt down. In 1945 there was a confiscation of the castle and a year later it acquired into your property city. In the context of reconstruction in the years 1947 to 1950, the chateau was restored, the east wing, which was the most damaged, totaled completely, the rest of the building was reduced to jednoposchoďovou building with a loft. There were established medical practices, used since 1951, but already a year later they were cleared out, and the next year 1953 was a lock because of mining damage demolished. Park and other buildings were taken on. The original house for the servants served different cultural organisations. The Park got the name of Zdeněk Nejedlý. The tomb was damaged first, which can cause influences and also different treasure hunters. Eventually it was dismantled and transported to Darkova. While the part is still located in the area of technical services, the other part was used in the construction of the new building, which is located in the park of Božena Němcová. The Park was for some time maintained, but eventually, with the decline of the old Karvinné was from this abandoned. Today its part located on the way to Stonavu, while the lock was located approximately in the area of the present intersection. The whole area is overgrown náletovými trees and native foliage to grow freely. There is some part of the mining works and in general the complex is significantly altered by declines of soil.
