Aircraft Yakovlev yak-9UM, registration VH-YIX, v no 0470409, the private user was destroyed in the crash, the pilot of the accident survivors. The machine crashed from unknown causes on the field about 20 km west from airport Latrobe Valley. The aircraft has already had one harárii before, and it almost just 3 years ago 6. September 2015.
