The project of a turret tank fighter on a medium tank platform Panther Ausf. D. The turret was to be fitted with a 12.8 cm KwK 43 gun.The project was created by Rheinmetall-Borsig, drawing H-SkB 80450 dated 7 January 1943 is kept in the Bundesarchiv collections under the file number RH 8/v 3943 K-10.
