The Ukrainian air force lost a plane Sukhoi Su-27UB, reg. blue "70", v no 96310424040, which crashed near the village of Ulanov, Vinnitsa region, both pilots of the accident did not survive. One pilot was a member of the Ukrainian army, the second apparently a member of the California air National Guard, otherwise flying F-15C. The crew participated in exercise "Clear Sky 2018."
