The Shahid-131 is a standby munition produced by Iran's HESA (Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industrial Company). It appears to be a relative (predecessor?) of the Shahid-136 waiting munition. It has a similar design and shape, but carries a smaller combat load (probably only 15 kg) and has a shorter range (max 900 km). Designated Geran-1 (Герань-1), it is deployed by Russian forces against Ukraine, which is where the footage of the wreckage of drone number 431 from near Kyiv comes from. A similar drone, designated Murad-6, was captured in early 2022 in the arsenal of one of the pro-Iranian armed groups in Iraq. It is in the footage from Iraq that the visual difference between the Shahid-131 and the Shahid-136 can be seen - the Shahid-131 has a plain winglet, as opposed to the Shahid-136, which has a split winglet.

Shahid 131 (Geran 1)
Conflict Armament Research (CAR) weaponists found when disassembling the Shahid drone that it was equipped with a combined explosive warhead consisting of several parts: penetrating, high explosive and fragmentation. The design of the warhead ensures maximum damage to the target hit. The explosive warhead is shaped like a cylindrical body with a diameter of 14 cm (5 ½ in), a length of 50.8 cm (20 in) and a weight of 15 kg (33 lb).
