A helicopter of the japanese Ground self-defense forces Fuji UH-1J Huey, reg 41863, v. no 1J63, was damaged in an accident on the Airport Tačikawa (RJTC). It happened in the course of training, when the co-pilot coached the simulated malfunction of the rear rotor, while there has been a hard landing "tail first" and his breakage, as well as to a further consequent damage, particularly to the main rotor. The commander didn't get time to respond to kopilotovu mistake. Both crew members escaped unharmed.
