Acting secretary of the U.S. navy Thomas B. Idols resigned after a media scandal around his speech to the crew of the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71), whose captain Brett E. Croziera a few days appealed because of his concerns about the health of the crew when the discovery of the virus COVID-19 among the sailors. Idols marked the captain for "the naive to stupid for it to command such a ship", and this caused a big stir in the ranks of the navy, in political circles, as well as in the media (not ours, of course)
