The Russian air force lost aircraft Sukhoi Su-30SM, which crashed shortly after takeoff from the airport Latakia into the sea near the town of Jiblah, the province of Latakia. Both pilots were killed in the accident. As a possible reason of the accident refers to the collision with the birds.
