The air force of the Dominican Republic (Fuerza Aérea Republica Dominicana) came on the plane ENAER T-35B Pillan, v. 226, reg. 1803, which crashed during a patrol flight near the border with Haiti in Elias Pina. One of the pilots, second lieutenant (lieutenant?) Amaurys Angela Felix Victoriano, accident survivors, while the second crew member, lieutenant commander Kelvin Villanueva Garay got injured.
