Italy going against the stream:
The Italian Senate has approved at the end of march amendments to the law that extends the right to self-defense. Courts have henceforth always be considered reasonable, if in the case of burglary or an assault victim, the attacker prevents even stronger weapons than the attacker has. The law presented by minister of interior and chairman of the League of Matteo Salvini, who is already in the election campaign promised that the definition of the right to self-defense in the Italian code of the spread after the model of the United states. Pursuant to the amendment also be the one who in self-defense, hurt the attacker, obliged to pay the injured the offender painful.
