25 of the dead had to request an accident yet unspecified helicopter (Mi-17?) belonging to the Afghan national army (ANA). The machine had a crash shortly after takeoff in the mountains between the districts of Shindand and Anar Dara. In the time of the accident was the bad weather. Among the dead are deputy commander of the army corps of the western region Nematullah Khalil and Farid Bakhtawar direct the head's of the council of Farah.
