Ide about lode Baltickej fleet, in zostave ktorých are corvettes and small missile ships. Between corvettes patria eg. Bojkij and Stojkij, small missile ships zastupujú Serpuchov, Zeljonyj dol, Liveň or Passat. Group dopĺňa anti-submarine ship Alex's. The role of the Russian cvičenia will fight with fiktívnou nepriateľskou submarine, simulated vypustenia rakiet, or fight with nepriateľským letectvom.
Veliteľom cvičenia BALTOPS-2019 is vice admiral Andrew Lewis.
