Badge: 		Na ploše z lesklých paprsků vyrůstá postava carského dvouhlavého korunovaného orla, který je patinován do barvy starého stříbra a je převýšen celkem třemi zlatými korunami. Na prsou orla vidíme moskevský znak( Jezdec na koni).


V dolní části orla, pod čepicí „Monomacha“ je Sibiřský erb ( Na bílém poli jsou dva černí soboli, luk a červené střely.V ploše je zlatá koruna). V dolní části odznaku, na červeně smaltované stuze jsou jubielní letopočty:
- 1813-1913


Monogramy carů:

- Nikolaje II.

The badge was based on 6. may 1913


Description of the badge:

On the surface of the shiny rays of the growing character of the tsarist double-headed crowned eagle, which is modified to old silver look to the color of old silver and is overcome by a total of three gold crowns. On the eagle's breast we can see the moscow character( Rider on horse).

At the bottom of the eagle, under the cap "Monomacha" is the Siberian coat of arms ( On a white field are two black six sables, bow and red missiles.In the area is the golden crown). At the bottom of the badge, on a red enamel ribbon are jubielní dates:
- 1813-1913

Monograms tsars:
- Alexandra And.
- Nicholas II.

Are laid on the golden rays.

The badge is the product of the company Eduard and made from gilded silver, but also of gilt bronze.
