The regimental badge was approved in the Journal of Orders of the Ministry of Military Affairs No. 17, position 204, dated 7 June 1930.
The badge is in the shape of a silver eagle holding a sabre in its talons and a ribbon with the Military Order of Virtuti Militari in its beak. Around the eagle is a golden laurel wreath encircled by Hulan flags in regimental colours. The wreath is inscribed with the date 1918 27 XII (the start of the Wielkopolska Uprising).
The Method of wearing: on the upper left pocket of the uniform. Dimensions: 36x34 mm.
