The regimental badge was approved in the Journal of Orders of the Ministry of Military Affairs No. 49, position 872, dated 13.12.1921.
The badge is patterned on the appearance of a Virtuti Militari cross with white enamelled shoulders and a gilt border. In the centre of the cross is a depiction of a Shvalisher cap. The initials of the regiment 2 SzR and the years 1914 1915 1918 are inscribed on the arms of the cross. Between the arms of the cross are crossed spears with banners in white with an amaranth stripe in the middle.
Method of wearing: on the upper left pocket of the uniform. Dimensions: 41x41 mm.

The regimental badge was approved in the diary of ordersů of the Ministry of Military věts č. 29 position 286 of 6.9.1926.
Execution the same as pattern 1 (1921) only without the yearčtů on the shoulders of the kříže.

The badge pattern 1921 bore the official name "Collegiate Badge of the Officers of the 2 P. Szwoleżerów Rokitniańskie". On the reverse of the badge were engraved: name, surname, rank and serial number. The miniature was worn on civilian clothes. To obtain the badge, one had to spend 6 months at the front or 20 months in the regiment, later increased to 36 months. A total of 65 + 25 honorary badges were awarded.
The 1926 model badge bore the official name "Odznaka Pamiątkowa 2 P. Szwoleżerów Rokitniańskich" and was awarded in two versions - for officers and for men. The badge was presented on the day of the regimental holiday - 13 June. The recipient received a badge, a miniature, a card and a statute.
