From the odessa naval base Alibej (Алібей) was fired a missile ground-level system RK-360MC Neptune (РК-360МЦ Нептун). Three of the tested missiles hit a small target on the surface at a distance of 100 km. Oleh Korostel'ov (Олег Коростельов), gen. director of the kiev company Luch Design Bureau (ДККБ Луч) considers the result of the tests as satisfactory.
