Popis odznaku:
Odznak má podobu bílého smaltovaného kříže „ maltézského typu“ na kterém je naložen stříbrný (patinovaný) dvouhlavý orel z období panování cara Petra I. Na hrudi orla je malý, bíle smaltovaný křížek starobylého typu vycházející z čestných křížů období vlády cara Petra. Na červeně smaltovaném štítků jsou carské monogramy: - Petra I. - Nikolaje II.
Celý odznak je převýšený zlatou korunou.
Na ocasu orla je bíle smaltované písmeno „“C“ (100 výročí.
Revers: Zadní strana je opatřena maticí k upevnění na stejnokroj.

The badge of the office of the military commander of st. Petersburg. Знак С. Петерсбурское Комендантцкое Управление Comander of the Armies of St. Petersburg
The badge was based on 14. November 1909.
In Russia he was and is every badge worn on the service uniform considered as a certain kind of medal. This tradition has rich roots in Russian military history.
Description of the badge:
The badge takes the form of a white enamelled cross of "the maltese type" on which it is loaded silver (patinated) double-headed eagle from the period of the reign of tsar Peter I. On the chest of the eagle is a small, white enameled cross of the ancient type emanating from the honorary crosses the reign of tsar Peter. On a red-enamelled labels are imperial monograms: - Peter Also. - Nicholas II.
The whole badge is overtopped by a golden crown.
On the tail of the eagle is white enamel with the letter ""C" (100 anniversary).
Reverse: The rear side is provided with a nut for attachment to the uniform.
The weight of the cross: 25,7 g.
Badge images are pořevzaty of the Russian faleristických pages. Even with this decoration, however, it is not possible to talk about the original.
