Zlatý, dvouhlavý korunovaný carský orel je převýšený zlatou korunou s pendiliemi. Na hrudi orla je v kruhovém medailonu naložen moskevský erb. Pod erbem je dubová a vavřínová snítka, na které je na svatojířské stuze řád Svatého Jiří. Na křídlech orla jsou carské monogramy: - cara Alexandra I. zakladatele moderního ministerstva - cara Nikolaje II.
Pod křížkem řádu Svatého Jiří je jubielní číslice :“100“

The badge was established on the occasion of the centenary of the war Ministry on 29. of may in the year 1910.
Description of the badge:
The golden, double-headed crowned imperial eagle is overtopped by a golden crown with pendiliemi. On the chest of the eagle is in a circular medallion loaded the moscow coat of arms. Under the coat of arms is the oak and the laurel sprig, which is on the svatojířské the ribbon of the order of St. George. On the wings of the eagle are the imperial monograms: - tsar Alexander I of. the founder of modern ministry - tsar Nicholas II.
Under the cross of the order of St. George is jubielní digit :“100“
