Řád Cyrila a Metoděje



Řád byl založen a statut potvrzen Výnosem prezídia Národního shromáždění číslo 649 ze dne 13. prosince 1950.

Řád Cyrila a Metoděje byl udělován pracovníkům ve školství a kultuře, historikům, i umělcům. Tento řád, jak potvrzuje statut, se hlásí k tradici staršího řádu Cyrila a Metoděje z roku 1909.

Celkový počet udělení: 48 200 ks. Dne 29. května 2003 byl řád obnoven ve třech stupních, i zde je jasná návaznost na starý carský řád z roku 1909. Řád se člení do tří stupňů a stuha je v tomto případě žlutá.
