Určena: pro členy hodnostní skupiny Armáda EU


Druh: nárokový, udělen za splnění podmínek


Podmínky: Za aktivní účast (odsloužená léta) v Armádě EU. Podmínkou udělení je alespoň 30 faktografických příspěvků, nebo 3 články za kalendářní rok
Po 5 letech služby má člen nárok na Zlatou hvězdu Armády EU (ve stupni dle pravidel jejího udělování)


Vyznamenání má tři stupně:
1. stupeň - za 1 rok v Armádě EU
2. stupeň - za 2 roky v Armádě EU
3. stupeň - za 3 roky v Armádě EU
