Čestný odznak Zlepšovatel MV



Odznak má podobu zelené pavézy, v níž se nachází žluté ozubené kolo, jímž uprostřed prochází vodorovné žluté břevno s nápisem "ZLEPŠOVATEL". V horní části je ozubené kolo překryté rudou hvězdou, ve spodní části rudými písmeny "MV". Výška odznaku je 35 mm, v horní části je široký 30 mm, ve spodní pak 25 mm.
