Commemorative Medal of the Revolutinary Group Šumava II.
The group, which formed in February 1944 (unconfirmed) his "combat" path launches to 9. may 1945. The medal is made of bronze and has a double-sided slightly raised edge. In the area of medals, on the background of the Šumava mountains is a character prostovlasého guerrilla in a suit and with a rifle in hand.

"GUERRILLA GROUP ŠUMAVA II.- FOR FREEDOM“.
Reverse:
In the area of the medal is the symbolism of the linden branch with the head of a wolf and the serial number.
In the upper part of the medal is attached to the elongated tab to hang on a ribbon.
RIBBON:
The ribbon resembles the ribbon of the order of the White lion, red with a green stripe.
