Commemorative badge of the Standby regiment 1 NB

The issue of internal security of the state of ms. exiled tibetan government dealt with already in London. In the days of the 20. – 22. may 1945 is at the Ministry of interior with the ultimate validity of the established special commission with the sole aim of ensuring security, peace and legality in the Czech republic. The commission acts for the Provincial national committee in Prague.

It is reported that for the need of MV are based a total of three regiments of National security and even if they are not completely clear accurate counts, it is not about the body vojskového type, but rather of specialists. Today already historical facts, from which he drew and mr. Měřička indicate that the u of l. the regiment at the 2. the battalion was concentrated a greater amount of young people, the former guerrillas of section Iron. (Perhaps it was the 8 were included in the officer the functions, and 280 of the partisans, on the core, possibly poddůstojnických (rotmistři) functions. Description of the badge:
Badge formed into an oval coiled lime wreath on the dimension of 61 x 49 mm. In the upper part of this rim is the engraved emblem of the Czechoslovak republic superimposed on the hussite pavézu. The free surface of this badge are big, red enamel and the letters "NB". In the lower part is a coiled metal tape with dvouřádkovým inscription: Emergency regiment 1.

On the back side of the badge is metal buckle for attachment to a uniform.

PPNB1 existoval v letech 1945-1946. V červenci 1946 byl nahrazen pohotovostními pluky SNB v Plzni, v Brně a v Liberci. Ty byly již v září t.r. přejmenovány na pohraniční pluky SNB v Plzni, v Brně a v Liberci.

P.S.: S tou idealizací bych to až tak nepřeháněl...



P.P.S.: Jo a řekl bych, že se jedná spíše o resortní odznak MV, než regionální.

Na rubní straně odznaku je připevněn štítek s číslem odznaku - viz obrázky.

Odznak je pomerne vzácny, ale čo ma prekvapuje je, že tu nie je spomenuté, že ak príslušníci chceli tento odznak, museli naň prispieť 35 Kčs. 5 odznakov Pohotovostní pluk 1 NB ( prvých 5 ?!?!? ) sú v múzeu Polície v Prahe
