| Poznámka: Note: | modernizovaný z Mi-17 0812 Počas cvičenia pristávania v teréne došlo pri osade Hradisko (miestna časť obce Terňa) k zrúteniu vrtuľníka. Krátko po incidente podľahol svojím zraneniam kpt. Richard Sépi. Ostatní dvaja členovia posádky (kpt. Peter Pavlinský a ppráp. Tibor Šoltés) utrpeli ťažké zranenia. Podľa záverov vyšetrovacej komisie bolo hlavnou príčinou katastrofy vytvorenie vírového prstenca na zadnom vyrovnávacom rotore vrtuľníka. Ten zapríčinil stratu aerodynamickej účinnosti vyrovnávacieho rotora s následným pádom stroja. Vírový prstenec vznikol ťažko predvídateľným silným prízemným vetrom sprava. | upgraded from Mi-17 0812 During the practice of landing in the terrain, a helicopter crashed near the settlement Hradisko (local part of the village Terňa). Shortly after the incident, Capt. Richard Sepi. The other two crew members (Capt. Peter Pavlinský and Capt. Tibor Šoltés) suffered serious injuries. According to the findings of the commission of inquiry, the main cause of the disaster was the creation of a vortex ring on the rear balancing rotor of the helicopter. This caused a loss of aerodynamic efficiency of the compensating rotor with the subsequent fall of the machine. The vortex ring was formed by a hardly predictable strong ground wind from the right. |
