The brigade, which was part of the advances headquarters of the supreme command, was formed 14. February 1943 during the Voroněžském line in the city of Anna in the Voronezh region of 38. governance defence construction. The brigade consisted of a brigade headquarters, headquarters company, 1., 2., 3., 4. and 5. odminovacího battalion. In July 1943 were the brigade allocated 19. and 32. de-mining battalion. 19. the banner was from the subordination of the brigade ordered back in October and 32. the battalion in August 1943. In may 1944 the brigade was abolished.

The brigade engaged in the subordination of the Voroněžského line and subsequently Prairie military district clearance work on the territory of the Voronezh region. In July to December 1943, the brigade participated in the reconstruction works of industrial buildings in the city Gorky in the Moscow region - it was the Gorkovský car race and the enterprise Stankostroj. Between December 1943 and April 1944 the brigade was deployed in the north caucasus military district in the reconstruction of the Stalingradského traktorového of the race.
