The focus and operations of the 905th Specialized Combat Support Center remain the same as was the focus of the NC EOD and RCHBO. 905. The Specialised Combat Support Centre will be the MoD's training and education facility for EOD specialists, EOD specialists, specialist munitions personnel to work with explosives and munitions, as well as for RCHBO specialists to work with real chemical agents with authorisation to issue licences. It will also be an authorized site for the production and handling of real chemicals, and will conduct toxic chemical analyses and the development of operational procedures for security restoration for the Department of Defense and state and local government agencies
