The brigade was established in November 1944 in the Moscow military district, and placed in Moscow. The brigade was composed of headquarters and two ženijně-building battalions. Given was available for the people's commissariat of power plants and its members participated in the reconstruction of the Frunzenské chp plants in Moscow. In January 1946 the brigade was reorganized on a military construction brigade, and included in the report of the authorities defence of the construction of the Red army.
