The machine was 11. vrp. When a catastrophe at letisku Bory 31.8.1988 utrpel pilot first lieutenant. Francis Boucek ťažké zranenie and stratum pamäti, mjr. Josef Olajoš (inštruktor) zomrel the consequences zranenia 5.9.1988 and rtm. Jozef Šašák (pal. technician) perished on the mieste.
