Union of South Africa (ZAF) (1910 - 1961)
After more than 20 years of fighting in South Africa, SADF is not conducting any action beyond the country's borders today. The SADF raid units were established during the war in Angola and Namibia and today are the elite of the South African army.
The South African Air Force ( SAAF ) was an innumerable force at the beginning of World War II, mostly armed with obsolete aircraft. It symbolically gained military spurs during the pursuit of the German steamer Watussi in December 1939.
