1) 20.09.1939 renamed major Korpalski banner to 5. hulánský regiment. Renaming did probably because he had information about the rest of the regiment and was convinced of its destruction. In Polish historiography it is, however, throughout the existence of the referred to as the Vane 5. hulánského regiment.
2) the Squadron was formed during the retreat of the random joining of 1. eskadrony, which was from the beginning of the war outside of the assembly of the regiment and 4. eskadrony, which in a night shift of 12. on 13.09.1939 lost contact with the main forces of the regiment.
3) After the signing of the surrender Independent operational group "Polesie" a banner day 06.09.1939 joined the main forces of the regiment and together with them, folding her arms.
4) After the fight north of the Zabłudowa, probably with a motorized recon unit 23. infantry division (or 21. infantry division), collected near the village of Jałówka without contact with the 1. hulánským regiment, to which it joined only 19.09.1939.
5) Details – 1. eskadrona 5. hulánského regiment.
6) 02.10.1939 wounded in the fight near the village of Serokomla with units III. battalion 93. infantry regiment (motorized) 13. infantry division (motorized). After the surrender, being treated in hospital in the town of Radom. Then he stayed in the pow camps. At the turn of June and July 1945 he returned to Poland, where from July 1945 to 27.12.1947 served in the Polish people's army. In 1946 he was promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel. He died suddenly 27.12.1947 on the failure of cardiac activity.

7) After the mobilization was the commander of the divisional equestrian eskadrony 1. the legion infantry division. After her surrender(?) got to units Cavalry brigade "Plis". From 06.10.1939 in German captivity. After the liberation (29.04.1945) in emigration. He died 20.11.1979 in the Federal republic of Germany.
8) 17.09.1939 were eskadrony 2 anti-tank cannon vz. 36 and 6 of heavy machine guns vz. 30. The commander of the eskadrony was the former the commander of the anti-tank platoon 5. hulánského regiment lieutenant cavalry Władysław Józef Wilowski.
9) Part of economic eskadrony 5. hulánského regiment (several cars+field kitchen), which is disconnected during the retreat 14.09.1939 from the regiment, brought major Korpalski 20.09.1939 to the village of Białowieża, where he took over command of the squadrons. The commander of the eskadrony he was appointed sergeant (starszy wachmistrz) Antoni Dygas.
10) the Commander of the platoon was 20.09.1939 appointed a staff sergeant (wachmistrz) Szymon Rozwadowski.
