Průběh havárie:
Při zkušebním letu v rámci příprav letounu k účasti v 1.leteckém závodu rychlostním o cenu presidenta republiky došlo během startu (posádku tvořili pilot kpt.V.Černý, mechanik Vlasák a 6 přepravovaných vojáků) ke kolizi s žacím strojem a pádu letounu.Letoun byl těžce poškozen a nebyl již opravován, posádka vyvázla s lehčími zraněními.


Vyroben původně na objednávku Československé letecké akciové společnosti ale po jejím krachu jej do vlastnictví získalo Ministerstvo Veřejných Prací, k užívání předán Ministerstvu Národní Obrany.

During test flight in preparation for 1st aviatik speed race for Czechoslovak president trophy plane hit harvester and crashed.Crew (pilot capt.V.Černý, engineer Vlasák and 6 transported soldiers) suffered minor injuries but plane was heavily damaged and irrepairable


Plane was formerly build for Czechoslovak aviatik corporation but after its bankruptcy was assumed by Ministry for public works and used by Ministry of defence


In 1923 plane set national rekord for transport 17 persons
